摘要:采用熔融接枝法制备接枝率为2.32%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝聚丙烯(PP)增容剂,并研究PP-g-GMA(GPP)的用量和KH550浓度对剑麻增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:在GPP添加量10%和KH550浓度2%时,复合材料的冲击性能最好,同时弯曲和拉伸性能基本没有下降;在一定程度上,纤维表面与基体之间形成的分子链越长,对提高复合材料的冲击性能越有利。
PP-g-GMA (GPP) compatilizer with 2. 32 % grafting percent was prepared by hot melt grafting method, and the effect of GPP content as well as KH550 concentration on the sisal fiber/polypropylene composite was studied. The results showed that the impact strength of the composite prepared reached the best performance when GPP content was 10 % as well as KH550 concentration was 2 % ,at the same time, the flexural and tensile properties did not decline yet. To some degree, the longer the molecule chain between the fiber surface and the matrix was, the better the impact properties of the composite would be improved.
