摘要:通过晶种二次生长法合成了以SAPO-34沸石为核、Silicalite-1沸石为壳的SAPO-34@Silicalite-1核壳结构分子筛。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、NH_3程序升温脱附和N_2低温吸附等对SAPO-34@Silicalite-1进行表征。在固定床反应器中评价了SAPO-34和SAPO-34@Silicalite-1催化剂在甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应中的催化性能。结果表明,与SAPO-34催化剂相比,以SAPO-34@Silicalite-1核壳结构分子筛为催化剂,催化剂寿命延长,乙烯和乙烯+丙烯选择性增加,丙烯选择性降低。
Core-shell composite SAPO-34@Silicalite-1 with SAPO-34 zeolite as core and Silicalite-1 zeolite as shell was fabricated by the seed secondary growth method. The samples were characterized by XRD, FESEM, NH3-TPD, and N2 adsorption desorption. The catalytic performances of SAPO-34 and SAPO-34@Silicalite-1 zeolite in methanol to olefins (MTO) reaction were evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results showed that compared with SAPO-34, using core-shell zeolite SAPO-34@Silicalite-1 as catalyst, the catalyt life and the selectivities of ethylene and ethylene +propylene increased, and the selectivity of propylene decreased.
