摘要:研究了灰黄霉素(GF)超临界溶液快速膨胀(RESS)过程中的过饱和度、溶液的非理想性以及表面张力等因素对均相成核速率的影响。研究结果表明,过饱和度越大,形成晶核所需的对比功就越小;表面张力越小,形成晶核所需的对比功就越小。超临界溶液的非理想性对喷嘴内部的过饱和度和成核速率的影响不能忽略。
The effect of solution supersaturation, nonideality and interfacial tension on homogeneous nucleation rate in the rapid expansion of supercritical solution of griseofulvin was investigated. The results show that the higher the supersaturation the lower the reduced work of nuclei formation, and the smaller the interfacial tension the lower the reduced work of nuclei formation too. The influence of solution nonideality on the calculation of supersaturation and nucleation rate cannot be neglected.
