摘要:以顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)和2,2'-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)为原料,甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,采用共沸蒸馏法合成了2,2'-双[4-(马来酰亚胺基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BMP-BMI)。采用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱和元素分析对产物进行了表征。高效液相色谱结果表明,产物的纯度较高,达到98.0%。BMP-BMI的熔点为135.2℃,固化放热峰值为297.8℃,说明BMP-BMI单体具有较宽的加工窗口。另外,溶解性实验表明,该双马来酰亚胺单体能溶于多种有机溶剂,具有较好的溶解性。
A novel bismalemide monomer 2,2'-Bis[4-(4-maleimidophenoxy) phenyl]propane was prepared by using maleic anhydride and 2,2'-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane,with toluene and N,N'-dimethylformamide as the solvents.The monomer was characterized by means of FT-IR spectra,1H NMR,MS and element analysis.The result of HPLC shows that the purity of BMP-BMI is 98.0%,melting point of BMP-BMI is 135.2℃ and curing exothermic peak is 297.8℃,which means that BMP-BMI has a relatively wide processing window.Moreover,BMP-BMI is soluble in a variety of organic solvents.
