摘要:研究了Cu(Ⅱ)为催化剂的催化湿式过氧化物氧化法(CWPO)处理高盐环氧树脂废水的技术。结果表明,适宜反应条件为:pH=5.0,温度90 ℃,催化剂(CuSO4·5H2O)质量浓度3.0 g/L,氧化剂(30%H2O2)用量150 mL/L。在优化条件下,初始TOC为5 260 mg/L的高盐环氧树脂废水,经CWPO法处理后的TOC约为100 mg/L,可作为隔膜法生产氯碱的原料。到目前为止,该技术工程化应用已经1 a多,未排放过废催化剂(即催化剂全部循环使用)。
The technology for treating the high salinity epoxy resin wastewater by catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) process with Cu(Ⅱ) as catalyst was studied. The results showed that the suitable reaction conditions consisted of pH,temperature,catalyst(CuSO4·5H2O) dosage,and oxidant(30% H2O2) dosage were 5.0,90 ℃,3.0 g/L,and 150 mL/L,respectively. Under optimal conditions,the TOC of high salinity epoxy resin wastewater would be degraded from 5 260 mg/L to about 100 mg/L. The treated epoxy resin wastewater could be reused as a raw material for producing chlorine gas and caustic soda by diaphragm method. So far,this technology has been applied in engineering for more than one year,and no waste catalyst has been discharged (that was,all the catalysts were recycled).
