摘要：源于社会分工的中国农村留守儿童问题影响着社会团结,农村留守儿童社会保障法则有助于化解社会团结风险。农村留守儿童社会保障法不仅能比较好地维护强调横向团结精神的合作共济理念与强调纵向团结精神的社会权理念,还可为促进各类社会团结提供规范的制度路径。相异社会团结的有机组合形成特定的社会团结结构。为应对农村留守儿童问题,农村留守儿童社会保障法不可避免地要进行制度调整。而这种制度转型将在多个方面推进社会团结结构的变迁。
The social security law about left-behind rural children does not only maintains the cooperation concept emphasizing horizontal solidarity and social rights spirit emphasizing longitudinal solidarity, but also provide system path promoting all kind of solidarity. The organic combination of different social solidarity forms the particular structure of social solidarity. In response to the left-behind rural children problem, the social security law will adjust inevitably. And this kind of system transition will accelerate the development of the structure of the social solidarity in several ways.
