摘要：将非平衡系统理论应用于治安问题的研究,建立了系统的理论模型,它可由非线性随机微分方程和理论概率转移模型表示。讨论了此模型的定态解与动态解。
This paper attempts to apply nonequilibrium systems theory to research public order system, model the system which can be expressed by Fokker-Plank equations and theoretic probability transfer model. By this model, both static and dynamics solutions are discussed.
