摘要：从广义和狭义两方面界定了“数字城市”的含义,提出了数字城市架构的参考模型,分析了数字城市建设的关键技术。从城市规划、建设和管理三个方面对数字城市的应用情况进行了阐述,分析了我国数字城市建设的现状,剖析了制约我国数字城市发展的宏观规划和指导、城市空间信息的获取和应用、数据标准体系等五个方面的因素,针对我国的国情和数字城市建设中存在的问题,从充分发挥政府的监督与管理职能、依靠市场运作、依靠试点城市全面推动等方面提出了相应的发展对策。
Digital City'was defined from broad and narrow sense in the research.The reference model of digital city ’ s frame was brought forward and the key technique of digital city ’ s construction was analyzed.The application of digital city was expounded in urban planning,construction and management and the status of digital city ’ s construc-tion was further analyzed.The factors,including macro programming and guidance,obtaining and using urban space information,data standard system,etc,which restrict the development of digital city in China,were analyzed.Finally,according to the situation of China and the problems in digital city ’ s construction,some countermeasures were put forward related to government supervising and administrating,market running,experimental city,and so on.
