摘要:Morkworth模型虽然可以预测工业生产中金属的非等温氧化动力学过程,但当温度-时间关系呈非线性关系时,数学处理显得非常复杂.提出一种用等温氧化动力学参数预测非等温氧化动力学的数值模型,该模型具有明确的物理意义,比Markworth模型更容易地处理温度-时间关系呈非线性关系氧化问题.实验结果表明,本数值模型预测结果与实验结果一致.
Anisothermal oxidation of metals often takes place during the heating and cooling processes in industriesThe Markworth model has been used to describe the kinetics of anisothermal oxidation,but it becomes very complicated when the temperaturetime relationship is nonlinearA numerical model is developed in this paperThis model has a clear physical meaning,and is easier in treating nonlinear temperaturetime relationship than the Markworth modelThe prediction with the present model is in good agreement with the experimental results
