摘要：美国北卡大学教会山分校是最早的公立大学,其社会工作专业硕士项目(MSW)在全美一直名列前茅。考察MSW项目的运作,总结其在课程设置、制度规范、实践环节及质量保障等方面的经验,可归纳为通识与专精结合、教学与研究并进、注重课堂教学与实习的紧密配合、以高效的管理保障教学品质等四个方面。这些对我国的社会工作专业硕士教育有着十分重要的借鉴作用。
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is the earliest public university in the U. S. Its Master of Social Work （MSW） program has been rated one of the top five social work programs in the U. S. Its curriculum design, administration, practicum and quality assurance are its strong points characterized by an integration of general and specialized training, teaching and research, and classroom learning and practice. Its quality is fully assured with effective management. The MSW program＇s experience is highly useful for China＇s education in social work.
