摘要:本文采用内循环无梯度反应器,测定了常压下工业粒度B_(110-2)型变换催化剂宏观动力学速率。动力学测试条件如下:催化床温度330—450℃,反应气体组成(干基)CO摩尔分率0.1—0.35,CO_2摩尔分率0—0.35,汽气比0.3—1.0。用非线性最小二乘法对幂函数型宏观动力学方程进行参数估值,确定了相应的模型参数。所获得的六参数和简化四参数宏观动力学方程具有良好的等效性,其结果如下:
The macrokinetic rate of shift reaction over the commercial size B_(110-2) catalyst has been determined in an internal recycle gradientless reactor under atmospheric pressure. The experimental conditions are as follows: temperature of catalyst bed 330-450℃; the composition of reaction gas (dry basis, mole fraction): CO 0.1-0.35, CO_2 0-0.35; the ratio of steam to dry gas: 0.3-1.0. A six-parameter rate equation was suggested as follows and the parameters were estimated by means of nonlinear least square method:R=-dN_(co)/dW=6.076×10~7exp (-76483/R_gT) P_(co)^(0.952)P_(H_2O)^(0.217)P_(CO_2)^(-0.468)·P_(H_2)^(-0.037)(1-β)In the meantime, a simplified four-parameter rate equation was also obtained which was proved in good agreement with the six-parameter equation:R=-dN_(co)/dW=7.399×10~6 exp (-78086/R_gT) P_coP_(co_2)^(-0.5)(1-β)
