摘要：本文将《华盛顿协议》对工程教育质量认证体系中非技术能力相关毕业要求进行了分类梳理,调研了现有高校环境工程专业中支撑非技术能力达成的教学环节,分析了现有支撑教学环节的合理性和可衡量性,提出了优化的建议;基于教学环节的达成评价方法,提出了基于过程考核的形成性评价方法,以与课程教学定量评价相结合提高达成度评价的可靠性。
The graduation requirements for non-technical capabilities in the engineering education accreditation system applied in Washington Accord are sorted in this paper.It also studies the current teaching methods training non-technical capabilities employed by environmental engineering in some universities,and analyzes how reasonable and measurable those teaching methods are.Based on the current achieving evaluation methods,this paper puts forward the formative assessment on the basis of process-examination,which can be combined with quantitative assessment of course teaching to improve the reliability of achieving evaluation.
