摘要:采用原位聚合法制备了以三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂为壁材、结晶紫内酯-双酚A-十六醇组成的热致变色材料为芯材的微胶囊。采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了该体系中不同表面活性剂、酸化剂对微胶囊的成囊效果、表面形貌和化学稳定性的影响。结果表明:表面活性剂采用质量分数为1%的黄原胶,可适当调节油/水界面张力,减少微胶囊过程中的团聚现象,而采用马来酸作酸化剂,可以有效提高微胶囊成囊效果和化学稳定性。
Using the thermochromic material including crystal violet lactone,bisphenol A and hexadecanol as the core material and melamine resin as the wall material,the microcapsule was prepared by in situ polymerization.the research of the influence of different surfactants and acid catalysts on the encapsulation performance,particle size distribution and chemical stability was made.the results showed that xanthan,with a concentration of 1%,as surfactant,can suitably adjusted the interfacial tension between water and oil,and then reduced the phenomenon of conglomeration during the microencapsulation process.Meanwhile,using maleic acid as acid catalyst can effectively increase encapsulation effect and chemical stability.
