摘要:针对乙苯脱氢绝热反应器工程特点建立了有关转化率和选择性的数学模型。为进一步减少径向反应器阻力降,提出变截面Z型中心分流流型设计计算式。根据本研究结果提出6万吨苯乙烯/年负压法绝热反应器的设计基础。
The research aims at providing data for designing a 60000 tpy styrene production unit. First, the nature of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene was studied in an experilmen-tal adiabatic reactor. A linear algebraic model for the conversion of ethylbenzene and theselectivy of styrene was obtained on the basis of engineering characteristics of adiabtic re-actor of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene. The experimental data were also used inthe study of kinetics.The Carra model was confirmed as the best by model descrimination,and the model parameters were obtained through estimation, Second,in order to obtain a uni-form distribution of radial velocities in the radial flow reactor with low bed loss,a conicstream guide was installed in the central tube to change its cross sectional area along theaxis of the Z-type radial reactor,and a differential equation for defining the contour ofthe conic stream guide was established.
