摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing globular carbon aerogel comprises setting nano-silica gel as template, putting globular carbon aerogel prepared by gel method in polymer solution, heating and stirring, and filtering; putting the globular carbon aerogel without free covering material molecules in the coupling agent aqueous solution, adding catalyst, stirring, filtering and cleaning; and putting the intermediate of the adsorbing body in a conical flask, setting cyclohexane as backflow agent, dropping anion solution, adding catalyst, reacting, filtering and washing, and drying to obtain the globular carbon aerogel. USE - Method for preparing globular carbon aerogel used in adsorbing low density lipoprotein (LDL) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has larger inner-outer specific surface area and large negative charges on the surface to adsorb the LDL of which the surface charge is electropositive without adsorbing beneficial elements like high density lipoprotein in the blood. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing globular carbon aerogel comprises: (A) setting the nano-silica gel as the template, putting globular carbon aerogel prepared by gel method in polymer solution with the concentration of 5-20wt%, controlling the weight ratio of globular carbon aerogel and polymer solution as 0.3: (5-10), heating and stirring for 1-3 hours at 40-60 degrees C; covering the polymer material on the inner surface and outer surface of the carbon aerogel, fully filtering until the surface of the carbon aerogel doesn't comprise the free covering material molecules; (B) putting the globular carbon aerogel without free covering material molecules in the coupling agent aqueous solution (20-50 wt.%), adding catalyst, controlling the weight ratio of globular carbon aerogel, the coupling agent aqueous solution and the catalyst at 0.3:(1-1.5):(0.03-0.08), stirring for 3-5 hours, filtering and cleaning, and then using the water to wash the effused the coupling agent molecules for 10-36 hours to obtain the intermediate of the adsorbing agent; and (C) putting the intermediate of the adsorbing body in a conical flask, setting cyclohexane as the backflow agent, dropping anion solution (5-20 wt.%), adding catalyst, controlling the weight ratio of intermediate of adsorbing agent, the anion solution and the catalyst at 0.4:(5-10):(0.01-0.05), putting on the swing bed to react for 12-24 hours, filtering and washing, and drying at 60 degrees C under the normal pressure to obtain the globular carbon aerogel with modified covering membrane.
