摘要：介绍一种以双积分式3位半A／D 7106为核心器件的数字式自动量程兆欧表的组成及其工作原理，对量程的自动转换做了重点介绍。该仪表内部能提供1000V测试电压并能根据被测绝缘电阻大小自动转换测量量程，具有测量准确、使用方便、测量范围大的特点。
：This paper introduces the constitution and working principle of digital megohm-meter with the function of adjusting measurement range automatically which is based on the AD7106 with three and haff decimal displaying status working on double integration mode． This apparatus can provide 1000V testing voltage and adjust the measurement range automatically according to the testing insulation resistance．Also it features accurate measurement、convenient manipulation and large measurement range．
