摘要:在固定床反应装置上考察了不同助剂K、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn和Mn对Ni-Mo-P/γ-Al2O3预加氢催化剂的活性和选择性的影响;在此基础上进一步考察了助剂Mn、Zn添加方式和添加量对催化剂性能的影响,并进行了XRD表征;实验结果表明,助剂Mn和Zn可以削弱活性组分与载体的强相互作用,改善NiO在载体表面的分散性。助剂Mn的最佳添加方式为共浸渍Mn-Ni-Mo-P,最优负载量为0.30%(MnO2相对于载体的质量分数);助剂Zn最佳的添加方式为先浸渍Ni-Mo-P后浸Zn,最优添加量为0.44%(ZnO相对于载体的质量分数)。
The effect of different promoters of K, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn on activity and selectivity of Ni-Mo-P/7-Al2O3 pre-hydrogenation catalyst for hydrorefining of coking crude benzene was investigated in a fixed bed reactor. On this basis, influence of doping quantity and method of promoters Mn and Zn on the hydrodesulfurization activity of Ni-Mo-P/7-Al2O3 catalyst was further studied. The results of XRD showed that promoters Mn and Zn can weaken the strong interaction between the active component and the carrier, promoting the dispersion of NiO on the surface of γ-Al2O3. The best do- ping method of promoter Mn was co-impregnating Mn-Ni-Mo-P, and the optimal MnO2 loading (mass fraction) was 0. 30%. The best doping method of promoter Zn was impregnating Zn lastly, and the optimal ZnO loading (mass fraction) was 0.44%.
