摘要:NOVELTY - A lactose inducible expression carrier takes clone plasmid comprising lac promoter and operon as starting carrier, which is operably inserted into expression kit for lactose operon to prevent the protein from coding gene, is new. USE - The lactose inducible expression carrier is useful for improving of metabolic pathway of V. serratieae, and for inducting meso-2,3-BDH gene into V. serratieae. ADVANTAGE - The lactose inducible expression carrier can take lower cost lactose as inducer instead of expensive isopropyl sulfo- beta -D-galactoside (IPTG) and be widely applied to express of foreign gene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (a) a Viscid serratieae restructured by gene recombining technology converses viscid serratieae with meso-2,3-butanediol dehydrogenase (meso-2,3-BDH); and (2) a method for producing meso-2,3-BDH, where the V. serratieae restructured by gene recombination technology is fermented to produce meso-2,3-BDH.
