摘要:NOVELTY - A modified polyamide-6 microporous foam material is prepared by pre-mixing polyamide-6, chain extender and antioxidant to obtain mixed material, melting and mixing, extruding and granulating, drying to obtain modified base material, placing supercritical carbon dioxide, swelling at 230-250 degrees C, cooling to 205-225 degrees C, keeping temperature, pressurizing, and cooling. USE - Method for preparing modified polyamide-6 microporous foam material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has small aperture size, large hole density, volume expansion of 3.0-20 times and high strength.
