摘要：NOVELTY - A 5-substituted hydrazone benzyl-pyrimidin-(1H, 3H, 5H)-2, 4, 6-trione derivative (I) or its salt, prodrug, or solvate, is new. USE - A 5-substituted hydrazone benzyl-pyrimidin-(1H, 3H, 5H)-2, 4, 6-trione derivative (I) used for treating or preventing p90 ribosomal S6 kinase 2 (RSK2)-mediated diseases such as cancer (such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, head and neck squamous cell epidermoid carcinoma, Coffin-Lowry syndrome, or multiple myeloma); or diseases related to mental disorder (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A 5-substituted hydrazone benzyl-pyrimidin-(1H, 3H, 5H)-2, 4, 6-trione derivative of formula (I) or its salt, prodrug, or solvate, is new. X=O or S; R1, R2=H, 1-6C alkyl, or substituted benzyl (preferably substituted by morpholinyl); R3=H, 1-6C alkyl, benzyl, acetyl or substituted benzoyl, and A= optionally substituted aryl, preferably phenyl (optionally substituted by at least 1 morpholinyl and by 1-3 halo, 1-3C alkyl, OH, 1-6C alkoxy, carboxy, nitro or amino). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a medicine composition, comprising (I), and a carrier or an excipient.
