摘要：联合投资是风险投资家广泛采用的一种投资方式,但由于风险投资家进行联合投资的动机和目的较为复杂,而且实证数据难以获得,因此国内外学者对风险投资中的联合投资问题的研究较少。在对风险投资中的联合投资问题研究文献进行综述的基础上,对联合投资的动因、原则和作用作了一些定性的归纳,联合投资的主要动因为决策共享及优势互补等方面。
Syndication is a way of investment often used by venture capitalists. Because of the lomplex syndication motive and aim of of venture capitalists, it is difficult to collect the data of experiment. So there are few research on syndication of venture capital Based on the literatare view in this area. this paper generalizes the motive, principle and effect of syndication.
