摘要:NOVELTY - Modification of magainin peptide comprises taking natural peptide of magainin I or magainin II, performing modification on N-terminal end sequence of 23 rd amino acid glycine with Lys-((6-(4-morpholino-1,8-naphthalimide)-lysine))-Lys-Lys2-( beta -Ala-NH2)4 connecting with modifying agent (III) to obtain modified magainin peptide (I) or (II). USE - Modified magainin (I) and (II) useful for resisting antibacterial effect against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I) and (II) have excellent broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection or in vivo Pseudomonas aeruginosa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modification of magainin peptide comprises taking natural peptide of magainin (I) i.e. (OH-Ser-Lys-Met-Ile-Glu-Gly-Val-Phe-Ala-Lys-Gly-Phe-Lys-Gly-Ala-Ser-His-Leu-Phe-Lys-Gly-Ile-Gly-H) or native peptide magainin (II) (OH-Ser-Asn-Met-Ile-Glu-Gly-Val-Phe-Ala-Lys-Gly-Phe-Lys-Lys-Ala-Ser-His-Leu-Phe-Lys-Gly-Ile-Gly-H) and performing modification on N-terminal end sequence of 23 rd amino acid glycine with modifying agent Lys-((6-(4-morpholino-1,8-naphthalimide)-lysine))-Lys-Lys2-( beta -Ala-NH2)4 of formula (III) to obtain modified magainin peptide (OH-Ser-Lys-Met-Ile-Glu-Gly-Val-Phe-Ala-Lys-Gly-Phe-Lys-Gly-Ala-Ser-His-Leu-Phe-Lys-Gly-Ile-Gly-Lys-((6-(4-morpholino-1,8-naphthalimide)-lysine))-Lys-Lys2-( beta -Ala-NH2)4) (I) or (OH-Ser-Asn-Met-Ile-Glu-Gly-Val-Phe-Ala-Lys-Gly-Phe-Lys-Lys-Ala-Ser-His-Leu-Phe-Lys-Gly-Ile-Gly- Lys-((6-(4-morpholino-1,8-naphthalimide)-lysine))-Lys-Lys2-( beta -Ala-NH2)4).
