摘要：学科竞赛是面向大学生的群体性科技活动。在各类竞赛过程中,充分、合理地利用宝贵的实验室资源、协调好竞赛与正常实验课的矛盾、加强实验室的管理显得尤为重要。该文对高校学科竞赛中实验室管理方面存在的问题进行了分析与探索,并提出了建立专项经费、成立竞赛临时团队、明确分工、校企合作、设立长效人员激励机制等解决问题的措施和方法。
Colleges and universities all around the cultivation of high quality innovative talents in chemistry , etc. ,promote the teaching in higher education this one proposition ,in chemistry contest. Subject competition is collective scientific and technological activities for university students ,as the subject of race there are a lot of incentive mechanisms , the increase in the number of students participating in the competition makes competition growing. In chemistry competition process , how to resolve the tension as compared to the laboratory resources ,how to coordinate the chemistry contest with normal experiment class conflict ,and how to enhance the laboratory management are particularly important. Following on college chemistry contest in laboratory management problems that exist in the analysis and exploration , this paper puts forward the measures and methods for solving these problems .
