摘要：NOVELTY - Ibuprofen sugar derivative (I), its preparation, and application are new. (I) is prepared by crosslinking unprotected alpha-methyl-D-glucoside and 2-(4'-isobutylphenyl)-propanoic acid with immobilized lipase. USE - (I) is useful for treating rheumarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. ADVANTAGE - The method provides simplified operation steps under mild reaction conditions, achieves high product purity, and may be used in industrial production.
