摘要：西方右翼民粹主义以逆全球化、改变福利体系、抵制民主政策、裹挟煽动民意及各种民族主义倾向的表征出现,根本目的在于维护新帝国主义的金融资本统治。因此,可以说,当代资本主义国家内部系列结构性危机导致的民众福利待遇下降、新兴国家崛起导致的当代资本主义国家在全球范围内获益减少、西方政府应对挑战乏力及其对民众的裹挟洗脑,实际上是与右翼民粹主义的崛起有着本质关联的。因而,在面对右翼民粹主义给全球政治气候、自由贸易模式和世界经济发展所带来巨大负面影响的当代,必须从根本之处找到消解当代资本主义危害的制度方案。这就是:必须在根本上抵制国际垄断资本在全球范围内的肆虐,努力摆脱新帝国主义裹挟西方右翼民粹主义危害世界的实践之途,使其与左翼联合推动国内制度变革并积极参与构建人类命运共同体。
The rise of right-wing populism in the West and a series of structural crises within contemporary capitalist countries have led to a decline in the welfare of the people,while the rise of emerging countries has led to the obstruction of their benefits on a global scale.Western governments are weak in responding to crises and challenges,and they are ineffective to the people.Western right-wing populism emerged as a sign of anti-globalization,changing welfare systems,anti-democratic policies,inciting and engulfing public opinion,and various nationalist tendencies.The fundamental purpose is to maintain the financial capital rule of the new imperialism.In the face of the huge negative impact of right-wing populism on the global political climate,free trade models,and world economic development,it is necessary to find a fundamental solution to eliminate the harm of contemporary capitalist countries by protecting and developing left-wing forces and guiding people to recognize the essence of imperialism,so that they can promote domestic system in the alliance with the left.
