摘要:在分析烃类裂解结焦机理的基础上设计出相应的烃类裂解阻焦强化剂;建立了适用简便的裂解乙烯模拟实验装置,并对上述阻焦强化剂进行筛选实验。实验表明,HY-99系列阻焦强化剂不仅可有效抑制烃类高温裂解结焦,并能提高乙烯收率1 0%以上。
Coke inhibiting composites for hydrocarbon pyrolysis were designed based on analysis of hydrocarbon coking mechanism.An effective industrial-simul at i on device was built up to screen the coke inhibiting composites.The best HY-99 inhibitors screened-out not only could inhibit coking of hydrocarbon at high tem perature,but also increase the yield of olefin by more than 10%.
