摘要:采用巯基化合物作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的共混体系的偶联剂。用机械共混法制样,研究了偶联剂对PVC/EPDM体系的力学性能及形态结构的影响,并借助于透射电子显微镜获得清晰的共混物的多相结构照片,对共混物的结构与性能之间的关系进行了研究。采用动态粘弹谱仪,研究了偶联剂对共混物动态温度谱的影响,证实了共混体系有两相存在。并在此基础上提出含有偶联剂的共混体系的增韧机理。开辟了一条极性与非极性共混体系的新途径。
By using some mercapto compound as a coupling agent, PVC/EPDM blends have been prepared by mechanical blending. The influences of the coupling agent on the mechanical properties and the microstructure of blends have been studied.With the aid of TEM,pictures of the multiphase microstructure of the blends has been obtained. The relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of the blends has been discussed. Using DDV-II-EA, the effect of the coupling agent content on dynamic viscoelastic spectra has been studied, and the presence of two phases was proved. In addition, atoughening mechanism of the PVC/ EPDM blends with coupling agent was suggested.
