摘要:多线切割技术是针对硬脆材料难以加工所提出的一种新型切片技术,在成本控制的前提下,弥补了电火花切割在导电性差的硬脆材料加工方面的不足。设计了一种新型的线切割设备,研究了收放线轮速度同步控制、张力控制和布线控制,从机械结构优化方面进行了控制系统的开发。针对张力电机控制的复杂性,设计了基于空气弹簧的张力控制装置。通过Modbus总线协议开发了基于Lab VIEW的人机交互系统。金刚砂线切割设备产品测试结果表明设备结构设计合理,控制方案可靠性、稳定性好,满足控制系统的精度要求。
The technology of Multi-wire saw is a new method on the process of hard brittle material.It has made up the insufficiency in WEDM in which nonconductors can not be processed. Due to this situation,the project plans to develop a new set of wire saw based on the technology of wire saw. Firstly,the speed synchronization control and wire arrangement control are been analyzed with a structural optimization. Secondly,in view of the shortage of tension motor,the project use air spring as the tension control segment.Finally,the wire saw's control system is established by utilizing Lab VIEW to develop HMI with Modbus protocol. The experiment results show the validity of design,its well stability and credibility in the process. The control system meets the demand of precision.
