摘要:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺能与水互溶,在工业生产使用时,易进入水环境中,对环境有毒,对人体有害。探索了高效液相色谱法同时测定环境水样中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的方法。考察了检测波长、流动相组成、流速和柱温等对色谱分析结果的影响。实验结果表明,当检测波长205nm,流动相组成为20%甲醇水溶液,流速1 m L/min,柱温40℃时,分离效果较好,此条件下N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的线性关系好(R2≥0.999 9),平均回收率89.37%~110.59%,精密度0.18%~1.73%。检出限分别为0.020和0.025mg/L。
DMF and DMAC can be dissolved in water,and easy enter to the water environment when they are used in industrial production. DMF and DMAC are harmful to environment and human body health. A method was developed to determine of DMF and DMAC in environmental water samples using high performance liquid chromatogaraphy( HPLC)with ultraviolet detector. The experimental conditions were optimized such as detecting wavelength,the mobile phase,the flow rate and the column temperature. The optimum chromatogaraphy conditions are the mixture mobile phase of methanol-water( 20∶ 80,v / v) and the flow rate 1. 0ml / min,the column temperature 40℃ and detecting wavelength205 nm. Under the optimized conditions,the linearity of DMF and DMAC is very good in the considered concentration ranges( R2≥0. 999 9). Average recoveries for spiked standards( n = 7) ranged from 89. 37% to 110. 59%,showed good accuracy for proposed analytical method. Average relative standard deviations( RSDs) were 0. 18%- 1. 73%.The limit of DMF and DMAC were 0. 020 and 0. 025 mg / L,respectively.
