摘要：生长因子是一类具有控制细胞生长和活性的多肽类物质,具有多重生物效应,不稳定,在体内外环境中均易失活。脂质体作为一种药物载体,可以克服生长因子的不稳定性,延长其在体内循环系统中的时间。笔者分别从生长因子脂质体的制备、稳定性、包封率测定和临床应用研究几方面进行综述。
Growth factors play an important role in the modulation of the growth of bioactive cells and peptides. They feature pleiotropic bioactive activities, non-stability and easy deactivation in vivo and in vitro. Liposomes are receiving widespread acceptance as vehicles of therapeutic drugs. Growth factor liposomes were noticeable because they could improve the stability of growth factors so as to prolong the time when growth factor stayed in the circular system. This article discussed the preparation, stability, the encapsulation efficiency （EE） of growth factor liposomes and the current status of their clinical studies.
