摘要：资源有效利用对高校实验教学中心基本教学任务开展至关重要,对于促进实验教学中心建设和管理都具有重要意义。本文结合高校实验教学中心资源配置管理工作现状,并通过创新管理模式,优化高校内部治理结构,提出了一种包含日常运行经费、实验用房、实验技术人员编制等资源核算工作在内的通用实验教学中心基本资源核算模式及核算方法。讨论了通用核算模式建立、应用中的相关问题。通过该核算模式可充分整合实验教学资源,优化管理环节,提高管理效率,进一步推动实验教学中心发展。
Efficient utilization of experiment teaching center resources is very important to experimental teaching,and is of great significance to experiment teaching center management. The current situation of basic resources distribution of experiment teaching center in colleges was discussed. A unified accounting mode of basic resources distribution system was established,the system includes distribution of operation cost,laboratory rooms and the number of technician. The resources were integrated. The management process was optimized. The efficiency and the management of experiment teaching center were improved.
