摘要:目的研究紫萍Spirodela polyrrhiza全草的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂、MCI、C18、凝胶等层析柱以及半制备高效液相等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,采用NMR和MS等多种波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果从紫萍全草90%乙醇提取物中共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:3-O-香豆酰奎宁酸(1)、反式对羟基肉桂酸(2)、咖啡酸乙酯(3)、阿魏酸(4)、木犀草素(5)、木犀草苷(6)、大波斯菊苷(7)、牡荆素(8)、荭草素(9)、异荭草素(10)。结论化合物1~4和10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from whole herbs of Spirodela polyrrhiza.Methods The compounds were separated and purified by macroporous resin,MCI,C18,Sephadex LH-20 columns and semi-preparative liquid chromatography,and their structures were identified by NMR and MS methods.Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified as 3-O-coumaroylquinic acid(1),trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid(2),caffeic acid ethyl ester(3),(E)-ferulic acid(4),luteolin(5),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(7),apigenin-8-C-glucoside(8),luteolin-8-C-β-D-glucoside(9),and luteolin-6-C-β-D-glucoside(10).Conclusion Compounds 1~4 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
