摘要：本文首先论述了科研项目绩效评价与管理的内涵及国内外研究状况,然后从华东理工大学人文社会科学校内基金管理的现状出发,分析了其中存在的问题,然后针对性地研究了相应对策,从评价目标与原则、立项管理、中期管理及结项管理等几个方面进行了论述,对科研管理者有着积极的启发作用。
First, this essay studies the connotation of the evaluation and management of the performance of the scientific research project together with the studies ever made both at home and abroad nowadays. Then, on the basis of studying the status quo of the management of the East China University of Science and Technology research fund for humanities social science, it analyses the existing problems and comes out with several countermeasures such as the goal and principle of the evaluation, management of project building, metaphase management, project finishing management and etc.
