摘要：化学生物学通过研究生物活性小分子与生物体靶分子间的相互作用,阐明各种生理和病理过程的分子机制,为开发新颖药物提供新途径。从化学生物学在药学学科的应用前景出发,分析开设药物化学生物学课程对复合型药学人才培养的意义。结合华东理工大学药学专业开设药物化学生物学课程的实际情况,从课程特点、课程内容选择和课程教学模式三个角度出发进行探索,根据药物化学生物学的知识体系结构,构建药物作用靶标的化学生物学性质、药物发现的化学生物学基础、化学生物学技术在药学研究中的应用、药物-靶标相互作用的化学生物学进展四大教学模块,探索契合理工科院校药学本科生特色的课程教学模式。
Starting from the application prospects of chemical biology in pharmacy,this paper analyzes the significance of setting up medicinal chemistry biology courses for the cultivation of compound pharmacy talents.Combining with the actual situation of the pharmacy major of East China University of Science and Technology that offers medicinal chemistry biology courses,the authors explore from the three perspectives of course characteristics,course content selection and course teaching mode.According to the knowledge system structure of medicinal chemistry biology,four major teaching modules are constructed to explore a unique curriculum teaching mode for undergraduate pharmacy students in engineering colleges.
