摘要:以化工、医药等行业中涉及的固体悬浮问题为背景,设计开发了高效搪瓷板框桨( M G I)。通过冷模实验探讨了这一搅拌器的悬浮性能、功耗及混合时间;给出了 R1 M G I桨临界悬浮搅拌转速及 R1、 R6 M G I桨功率准数的关联式。实验结果表明: M G I桨结构简单、易搪瓷化,悬浮性能良好;同锚式桨、翼型轴流桨相比,其悬浮均匀性可明显提高,且具有较低的颗粒临界悬浮转速(n J S);在相同功耗下, R6 M G I桨与锚式桨相比,混合时间可明显缩短。
Based on the backgroud of existing problems of particles suspension in the present national chemical and medical industries, the maxblend glass lined plate frame impeller (MGI) was developed. On base of laboratory modelling test the MGI's characters of particle suspension, power and mixing time were investigated. The correlative equation of coeficients of R 1 MGI n JS and R 1、R 6 MGI power number was obtained. Experimental results show that the MGI is of simple structure, easy to glass lined and of good character of particle suspension. The R 1 MGI's uniform of suspention was best, compared with anchor and hydrofoil impeller, and with lowest n JS , in equivalent P v, the mixing time of R 6 MGI was significantly shorter than that of glass lined anchor.
