摘要：NOVELTY - A cationic polysaccharide coating-type hydrophilic chromatographic stationary phase (I) is new. USE - Cationic polysaccharide coating-type hydrophilic chromatographic stationary phase is used in glycobiology and glycoproteomics. ADVANTAGE - The cationic polysaccharide coating-type hydrophilic chromatographic stationary phase is efficiently prepared with excellent separation selectivity, repeatability and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cationic polysaccharide coating-type hydrophilic chromatographic stationary phase of formula (I) is new. A=negative charge;and B'=quaternary ammonium polysaccharide provided with positive charge. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cationic polysaccharide coating-type hydrophilic chromatographic stationary phase.
