摘要:本文对加氢裂化滴流床反应器中局部热点及飞温之间的区别和联系作了简单的论述。参考 Eigenberger 等的工作,对床层中的返混用多级串联混合简化模型,按稳态及动态过程在计算机上进行模拟计算。考察了循环氢量、床层进口温度、液相进料和轴向热反馈等突然变化时床层中温度、气液浓度分布的瞬变过程,并指出了造成飞温的敏感性程度。
The differences and relations between local hot spot and temperature
run-away in trickle-bed hydrocracking reactor were briefly discussed.Refiring
to the work by Eigenberger et al.,the simplified serial multistage mixing
model was simulated in accordane with both steady and dynamic processes
with a computer.The ompact of sudden changes in hydrogen circulation
rate,bed inlet temperature,liquid feed rate and axial thermal backmixing
on the transient changes of bed temperature profiles and gas and liquid bed
concentration profiles was investigated predicted,The magnitude of sensi-
tivity for temperature run-away was also indicated.
