摘要:通过对石墨化针状焦进行酚醛树脂包覆,提高其用作锂离子电池负极材料时的首次库仑效率和循环性能。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微技术(SEM)等分析手段研究发现:未包覆的石墨化针状焦的首次充电容量和首次库仑效率分别为269 mA.h/g和55.0%;而经过w=10%酚醛树脂包覆的石墨化针状焦,其首次充电容量和首次库仑效率分别提高到327 mA.h/g和69.9%,且经20次充放电后的充电容量能稳定在299 mA.h/g,循环效率接近100%,表明酚醛树脂包覆能较好地改善石墨化针状焦的电极性能。
In order to improve the first Coulomb efficiency and reversible capacity of graphited needle coke as cathode for lithium ion batteries, the surface of needle coke was coated by phenol-formaldehyde resin. According to the analysis of XRD, SEM and relative electrochemical performances, the first reversible capacity and Coulomb efficiency of coke as cathode were increased from 269 mA· h/g and 55.0% without coating to 327 mA ·h/g and 69. 9% coating with 10% resin, and the charge capacity remained at 299 mA· h/g and the cycle efficiency was close 100% even after 20 cycles of charge/ discharge. It means that the coating method can improve the electrochemical performance of graphited needle coke as cathode for lithium ion batteries.
