摘要：行政垄断作为当今中国社会一个突出的社会现象,是政府职能部门滥用行政权力为谋取部门利益和地方利益而干预正常经济生活的行为,产生的根本原因是由于我国当前正处于从计划经济体制到市场经济体制的转轨过程。消除这一现象,需要建立健全相关的法律法规,但更重要的是要加快正在进行的政府职能转变。
Administrative monopoly is an outstanding social phenomenon in China today.It is a kind of behavior that the governmental departments abuse administrative power for departments' and local governments' interests.Its main cause is that now China is changing from planned economic system to market-economic system.To eliminate this phenomenon,we should set up and perfect related laws,but to fasten the changing of government functions is most important.
