摘要：个案管理是社会福利服务援助技术的一种专业社会工作方法,它是针对案主在现代社会生活中所面临问题的复杂性、福利需求的多元化以及福利服务中的成本效益等问题应运而生的。在新保守主义福利思想及福利多元主义观念的双重影响下,个案管理已经普遍被认为是为有福利需求的人们提供有效服务的一个重要手段。
Case management is a kind of professional social work method among different social welfare support services. It emerged from complexity of issues in modern life, pluralism of welfare needs, and cost-effectiveness issues in welfare services. Under the double effects of new conservative and welfare pluralism ideologies, case management is generally regarded as an important method for providing effective services to people in need.
