摘要:本文以二噻吩乙烯衍生物的制备和光致变色性能测试为例,介绍如何将有机化学实验和分析化学实验融合创新,形成一类综合性的实验,用以提高大学生的科研综合素质。在有机化学实验室,学生利用简单易得的原料,通过一步法高效制备二噻吩乙烯衍生物,并利用核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振碳谱对目标化合物进行细致的结构表征。在分析化学实验室,学生被要求通过精密的设备条件,如紫外-可见分光光度计等,对目标产物进行全面且细致的光致变色性能测试。通过上述一系列的实验设计和流程操作,学生能够将本科教育和科学研究联系起来,并认知到他们在实验中得到的产品是有价值的化合物,从而树立学生热爱化学、热爱科研的信心,提高大学生的科学素养,为其将来的职业发展奠定坚实的基础。
This paper takes the preparation and the photochromic performance investigation of dithienylethylene derivatives as an example to introduce how to integrate and innovate organic chemistry experiments and analytical chemistry experiments to form a comprehensive experiment to improve the comprehensive quality of scientific research of college students.In the organic chemistry laboratory,students utilize simple and easy-to-obtain raw materials to efficiently prepare dithienylethylene derivatives through a one-step method and characterize the structure of the target compounds by ^(1)H NMR and ^(13)C NMR spectra in depth.In the analytical chemistry laboratory,students are required to conduct comprehensively and detailedly photochromic properties investigation on target products through sophisticated equipment conditions,such as ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers,et al.Through the above-mentioned series of experimental design and process operations,students can connect undergraduate education and scientific research,and realize that the products they obtain in the experiments are valuable compounds,so as to build students'confidence in the love of chemistry and scientific research.The scientific quality of college students can be improved.And it lays a solid foundation for the future career development of college students.
