摘要：NOVELTY - An anticancer polypeptide (I) comprising polyhistidine and an alkyl chain or a polyethylene glycol chain linked by an amide bond, is new. USE - The polypeptide is used for resisting tumor chosen from lung cancer, ovarian cancer and breast cancer (all claimed) by inhibiting proliferation of ovarian cancer SKOV-3 cell, lung cancer A549 cell and breast cancer MCF-7 cell. ADVANTAGE - The polypeptide kills cancer cells with high selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An anticancer polypeptide of formula (I) comprising polyhistidine and an alkyl chain or a polyethylene glycol chain linked by an amide bond, is new. a,c,e=0-5; b,d=4-8;and X=CH2 or O. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the polypeptide.
