摘要:用流变学方法研究了累托石的稀溶液和浓溶液在聚合羟基铝离子溶液以及氟表面活性剂存在下的分散絮凝行为。累托石的稀溶液呈牛顿流体,颗粒间分散较好;而浓溶液中,颗粒间形成了连续的片架结构。聚合羟基铝离子的加入对累托石悬浮液中颗粒的絮凝有明显的促进作用,在浓的累托石悬浮液中形成了FF,EF,以及EE混合缔合结构。氟表面活性剂通过在累托石颗粒表面的吸附,对絮凝造成空间障碍,起到分散累托石颗粒的效果。
The dispersion and flocculation behaviors of rectorite in dilute and concentrated aqueous suspensions have been investigated by means of rheological measurements in the absence and presence of Al13 oligomer cation and a nonionic perfluoroether surfactant. Very dilute rectorite suspensions exhibit Newtonian flow and are deflocculated. At higher concentrations, the system behaves as a Bingham fluid and is thixotropic indicating that cardhouse network structure is formed. Increase of Al3+/clay ratio reduces considerably the viscosity and the Bingham yield value in concentrated suspensions and the particles aggregate to form a complex FF,EF,and EE flocculent structure. Perfluoroether is an efficient deflocculant for rectorite suspensions, adsorbed on the interface of rectorite to furnish steric hindrance to aggregation of particles.
