摘要：新质生产力从其本质性规定来看,具有技术维度与价值维度两者相结合的双重规定性。新质生产力一方面以现代科学技术的变革提升为其技术维度的规定性,解决的是生产力发展水平问题;另一方面以满足人民群众美好生活需要为其价值维度的规定性,解决的是生产力发展为什么人服务的问题。在发展新质生产力的实践进程中,必须要发挥中国特色社会主义的制度优越性,突显其社会主义属性;从民族复兴角度来看,必须实现高水平科技自立自强,发挥举国体制优势,推进教育科技人才一体化发展;从发展方式转型看,必须解决好人民群众最关心最直接的现实问题,解决好发展科学技术过程中带来的新问题,在增进民生福祉中落实发展新质生产力。
From the perspective of its essential attributes,new quality productivity possess a du-al-dimensional character that integrates both technical and value dimensions.On the one hand,the technical dimension of new quality productivity is characterized by the transformation and advancement of modern science and technology,addressing the issue of the level of productive forces development.On the other hand,the value dimension of new quality productivity is char-acterized by meeting the needs of the people for a better life,addressing the issue for whomthe development of productive forces serves.In the practical process of developing new quality pro-ductivity,it is necessary to leverage the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese char-acteristics and highlight its socialist attributes.From the perspective of national rejuvenation,it is necessary to achieve high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology,leverage the advantages of the national system,and promote the integrated development of education,technology,and talent.From the perspective of transforming development modes,it is necessary to solve the most concerned and immediate practical problems of the people,solve new problems arising from technological development,and implement the development of new quality productivity in improving people's livelihoods and well-being.
