摘要:研究了3-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑(ATA)及其与聚天冬氨酸(PASP)复配对5%NaOH溶液中碳钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,25mg/L ATA的缓蚀率可达80.78%,15 mg/LATA和10 mg/LPASP缓蚀协同后的缓蚀率高达91.28%。
Polarization and AC impedance methods were used to study the inhibition effect of ATA and the complex of ATA and PASP for carbon steel corrosion in 5% NaOH solution.The results indicated that ATA had good inhibition effect for carbon steel corrosion.ATA showed the best inhibition effect for carbon steel corrosion at the ATA concentration of 25 mg/L,and the efficiency was 80.78 %.At the same time,the corrosion potential shifted along an anodic direction,so ATA was an anodic corrosion inhibitor.The complex of ATA and PASP showed synergistic effect for carbon steel corrosion.In addition,the complex showed the optimum inhibition effect for carbon steel corrosion at the ATA concentration of 15mg/L and the PASP concentration of 10mg/L,and the efficiency was 91.28%.
