摘要：党的十八大报告指出要建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义政党。新形势下如何把党的基层组织建设成为服务型党组织,关键在于把服务型党组织打造成为一个体现党性连接民心的服务平台。从党的性质和宗旨、保持先进性的要求、建设和谐校园等角度分析了高校建立服务型基层党组织的必要性。提出了要从实际出发,坚持"以人为本",坚持与时俱进,通过培养强干的基层党组织骨干队伍、建立完善的基层党组织服务制度体系、拓宽基层党组织服务阵地、打造特色基层党组织服务活动品牌等途径,加强服务型基层党组织建设。
The report notes the party＇s 18 to build a learning, service-oriented, innovative Marxist party. Underthe new situation.
