摘要:综述了聚酯薄膜表面接枝的原理、方法和技术优势。对传统电晕方法所用的设备、工艺流程、底涂液配方进行了详细介绍;对20世纪50年代发展起来的γ射线辐射接枝改性用于薄膜表面涂层的机理、接枝条件和接枝效果进行了探讨;介绍了光接枝改性方法的原理以及常用的单体和引发剂。并对以上方法的优缺点和应用前景进行了分析比较。
The classifications and basic mechanisms for surface grafting on a PET membrane are reviewed.The equipments,process and formulations of baseline materials of the traditional corana method are introduced.The basic mechanisms,grafting conditions and effects of the γ-radiation induced grafting are detailed.The principle of the photo-graft and common used monomers and photoinitiators are introduced in detail.Several major influencing factors and methods for improving the grafting rate in the surface-grafting system are discussed.The future developing trends and applications of the methods of surface grafting are delineated,and surface grafting is thought as wide application perspective on surface modification of PET.
