摘要：讨论了面向中小企业的融投资中介人际网络的构建,包括:模式的确立、成员的识别、联系的建立和网络的拓展。使人际网络成为融投资双方的一座桥梁,实现信息的完全对接,以降低由信息不对称带来的风险,提高融投资运营的可行性,从而解决中小企业融资难的问题。
Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in economic development at home and abroad.In China,it is quite difficult for them to financing.Financing and investing intermediaries should seize this opportunity,and construct their own social network.So information can communicate smoothly between financing group and investing group by virtue of this bridge.Then the feasibility of financing and investing can be enhanced because of lower risk.Much attention is paid to the choosing of network model,indentifying of network numbers,establishing of connections and expending of network.
