摘要:探讨了文题的方法,系统地研究了溶液的 pH 值、反应物浓度、阴离子、搅拌功率、反应温度以及不同的干燥方法对合成过程和粒子性能的影响规律,确定了制备氧化铝超细粒子的工艺条件.本法制取的氧化铝超细粒子为球形,比表面积大,单分散性好(GSD=1.5),化学纯度高(99.98%).
A process of preparation of aluminium oxide ultrafine particles(UFPs)by precipitation is described in detail.Effects of concentration of reactants,type of anion,pH value,stirring power,reaction temperature,and drying method on synthesis process and particle properties have been studied.The volume average particle size is small and its distribution is narrow when pH is equal to 4.4-5.0.The mean particle size does not increase or decrease dully with the increase of the reactants concentration,but its distribution gets wider.Anions have some effects on the synthesis process,sulfate ion acts as a powerful penetrator replacing hydroxyl groups in the polynuclear aluminium ion to make the particle size increase obviously.The higher the stirring power,the smaller the average particle size,but the geometrical standard deviation keeps constant.When other conditions are controlled,the particle size has a minimum at 40℃. Drying methods have great effect on the properties of product particles,and the cogulation of gels decreases considerably by freeze-drying.The Al_2O_3 UFPs are spherical,with large surface area and uniform size,and of high purity.
