摘要:异径四通是过程工艺和物料运输中常用的管件,采用弹塑性有限元方法对异径四通塑性极限内压进行研究,分析异径四通的破坏过程及失效特征,明确了主管径厚比、支主管径比、过渡圆角与外径比、支主管壁厚比等尺寸参量对异径四通极限载荷的影响并得出相应的影响曲线,建立了常用尺寸范围内异径四通管件塑性极限内压工程估算式。研究结果可为四通管件优化设计和含缺陷结构的完整性评定提供参考。
Reducing cross is commonly used in process and material transportation.The plastic limit internal pressure of reducing cross is studied by elastic-plastic finite element method.The failure process and failure characteristics of reducing cross are analyzed.The influence trend of diameter thickness ratio of main pipe,diameter ratio of branch pipe,transition fillet to outer diameter ratio and wall thickness ratio of branch and main pipe on the limit load of reducing cross is clarified.The engineering estimation formula of plastic limit internal pressure of reducing cross pipe in common size range is established.The research results can provide reference for the optimization design of cross pipe and integrity evaluation of structure with defects.
